This is a Seattle Seahawks Mini Helmet that has been hand signed by Justin Forsett. This item was inscribed "Go Hawks." NOTE: There are some scratches on the helmet, as shown in the pictures. This item was signed in the presence of a Mill Creek Sports representative and comes with their serial numbered hologram and matching certificate of authenticity.
