Returns & Exchanges
All returns or exchanges must be made within (30) days of receiving the merchandise and must be in the original packaging in the original condition. You must contact a customer service representative by email or phone to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. The Customer must pay all cost related to shipping and a 15% restocking fee. All returns be sent back with a traceable carrier with insurance. Once we receive the merchandise we will inspect it and issue a refund or exchange. Processing returns can be complicated, please allow 2-3 days after we receive the item to issue you credit.
Note: Do not send returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.
If the order has not shipped, we can cancel an item. On orders that have been shipped, please see our policy above. We will not accept any orders without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Note: Pre-Order items can't be canceled.
All items that are custom built, custom logo, or custom framed cannot be returned. The items that are custom built are only built for that customer needs. Such as display cases etched with a team logo or team name. Any added 100% UV protection, mirrors, or locks. International Orders. Note: Pre-Order items are a special order and Non-Returnable.
All items that are damaged or defective will have to be mailed to us immediately. But, before mailing please call us at 1-877-772-3267 for damage items and claim instructions. Damage often occurs during shipping. Super Sports Center will make a claim with the shipping company, however the item must be in the original packaging or we CANNOT issue another item at no charge. Items that have been damaged or lost by the shipping carrier must have the claim made by the carrier’s deadline policy.
