Return Policy

Returns & Exchanges

All returns or exchanges must be made within (14) days of receiving the merchandise and must be in the original packaging in the original condition. You must contact a customer service representative by email or phone to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. The Customer must pay all cost related to shipping and a 15% restocking fee. All returns be sent back with a traceable carrier with insurance. Once we receive the merchandise we will inspect it and issue a refund or exchange. Processing returns can be complicated, please allow 2-3 days after we receive the item to issue you credit.

Note: Do not send returns without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.


If the order has not shipped, we can cancel an item. Framed orders that are in production cannot be cancelled. Production times vary so contact us for further information. On orders that have been shipped, please see our policy above. We will not accept any orders without a Return Merchandise Authorization Number. Note: Pre-Order items can't be canceled.

Non-returnable Items

All items that are framed or custom built cannot be returned including custom display cases. Items that are custom built are only built for that customers needs. If a framed item is damaged then the item can be returned for an exchange only unless item is out of stock in which a full refund will be processed. Note: Pre-Order items are a special order and Non-Returnable.

Damaged Items

Please call us at 1-877-772-3267 for damage items and claim instructions. Damage often occurs during shipping. Super Sports Center will make a claim with the shipping company, however the item must be in the original packaging or we CANNOT issue another item at no charge. Items that have been damaged or lost by the shipping carrier must have the claim made by the carrier’s deadline policy. If the transit carrier determines the item was damaged during transit we can either issue you a complete refund of the purchase price of the item and shipping charges back to the credit card used to make the purchase or send you a replacement item. Damaged in transit returns will not be assessed with restocking fees.
