How long will it take for my order to be processed?
Most orders are processed within 24 hours, however all of our merchandise will be shipped directly via the distributor. Each distributor has its own handling time and may take up to two days to ship out an item. Also, depending on what shipping method you choose, the time that an item ships may vary. Standard Mail shipping may take up to 3-5 business days. 2-Day Mail is usually 2 days or you may request to have the item shipped overnight. Please contact a customer service representative to assist you if you may have further shipping questions. The shipping carriers we use are United States Postal Service, (USPS), Federal Express (FED-EX), and United Parcel Service (UPS).

How can I check the status my order?
Tracking numbers are available normally after 24 hours after an item has been shipped out, however Super Sports Center will send you your tracking number via email. After you receive the email with your tracking number, you may log on to your account with your email and password. Click on Order History. This will show you all the orders that you have placed with Super Sports Center and you can also track your orders.
When will my invoice be posted on the website?
As soon as you place your order, you will receive an invoice via email. If you are a member you can go to ‘Your Account’ page and view order history.
Can I rely on product availability and pricing?
Super Sports Center strives to have the latest inventory available on the website. It is recommended that you call us at 1-877-772-3267, email us at email@example.com or talk to someone from our live chat service to make sure the product is in stock. Prices are based on our vendors and supply & demand.(Prices are subject to change). We reserve the right to contact the customer prior to the item shipping and inform them of the price discrepancy. Can there be a delay for my order?
On new merchandise we get numerous orders. If a product has been backordered Super Sports Center will email or call you and let you know how long it should be before the product is shipped. You will have the right to cancel the product or if it’s not shipped order another product.
Super Sports Center will ship outside of the United States only if you use PayPal or a Money Order as your payment method. International duties, taxes, and brokerage fees are not included and are the responsibility of the customer. What if I needed to do a return/exchange?
All returns must be made within (30) days of receiving the merchandise and must be in the original packaging in the original condition. You must contact a customer service representative by email or phone to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization Number.The Customer must pay all cost related to shipping and a 15% restocking fee. We suggest that all returns be sent back with a traceable carrier. Once we receive the merchandise we will inspect it and issue a refund or exchange. Processing returns can be complicated, please allow 21 days after we receive the item to issue you credit.

What if I need to cancel my order?
If the order has not shipped, we can cancel an item. You can email or call us immediately to change an order, however, if the product has been shipped out, you will need to send it back to us for an exchange. Shipping will be charged again if the products have been shipped out. Otherwise, no additional cost will be charged for an exchange of lower or same value items.
All items that are custom built, custom logo, or custom framed cannot be returned. The items that are custom built are only built for that customer needs. Such as display cases etched with a team logo or team name. Any added 100% UV protection, mirrors, or locks. International Orders.
What if my item is damaged?
All items that are damaged or defective will have to be mailed to us immediately. But, before mailing please email or call us at 1-877-772-3267 for damage items and claim instructions. Damage often occurs during shipping. Super Sports Center will make a claim with the shipping company, however the item must be in the original packaging or we CANNOT issue another item at no charge. Items that have been damaged or lost by the shipping carrier must have the claim made by the carrier’s deadline policy.
