The 12th movie in the Marvel Cinematic Universe franchise, Ant-Man opened in the summer of 2015 to rave reviews and high-grossing sales. The superhero film featured a character by the name of Hope van Dyne, played by Canadian actress Evangeline Lilly. Appearing as Hope Pym in Marvel comic books, she is the daughter of Hank Pym and Janet van Dyne. She takes her mother's maiden name in the film as she is estranged from her father. When Pym Technologies CEO Darren Cross attempts to develop and sell a deadly weapon based on her father's Ant-Man suit, she reunites with Hank. Together, along with Scott Lang (Paul Ruud) taking on the role as the new Ant-Man, they are able to stop Cross. Pym is offered her mother's suit in a scene during the credits of Ant-Man and will become the new Wasp in the 2018 film Ant-Man and the Wasp. Lilly has signed this limited edition (100) designed Ant-Man Hope van Dyne 16" x 20" image in black paint pen.
