Ranking the greatest Oilers of all-time; one would have to put Wayne Gretzky at the top of their list; yet with every year he plays Connor McDavid continues to move ahead in the Oilers record books. The 2024 postseason saw Connor McDavid win his first Conn Smythe Award; putting up an incredible 42 points; the only other Oiler to score more in one postseason was Wayne Gretzky (47 in 1984-85 and 43 in 1987-88). The 2024-25 season also saw McDavid score his 1;000th point and later on his 1;044th point; the latter being important because it put him second to Gretzky on the Oilers all-time points list. McDavid would score 100 points in the 2024-25 season; significant in the fact it was McDavid's fifth consecutive 100-point season and the eighth 100-point season of his career; only Wayne Gretzky has had more 100 point seasons in his career in an Oilers uniform. This full-size CCM HTV08 Edmonton Oilers helmet is autographed by Connor McDavid.
