Jari Kurri was selected by the Edmonton Oilers® in the 1980 NHL® Draft and not long after, Oilers® Director of Personnel Barry Fraser publicly stated that Kurri was "by far our most complete player." Kurri scored 601 career goals and an astounding 364 were assisted by Wayne Gretzky. The scoring tandem brought tremendous success to Edmonton and was a major factor in the creation of the Oilers® dynasty. Kurri became the first Finn inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2001. Kurri has signed the back of this authentic CCM jersey on the top segment of the #7 and inscribed "601 Goals 1398 Points" vertically on the middle segment. His signature and inscription are deemed authentic by virtue of Upper Deck Authenticated's Five-Step Process.
