Mike Modano was inducted into the Hockey Hall of Fame in 2014 after an impressive career that included a Stanley Cup win in 1999. In 2017, Modano was selected to the list of 100 Greatest NHL Players to commemorate the NHL's 100th anniversary. Modano was often seen as the face of the North Stars, which became the Dallas Stars, and he was the captain of the team when it won the Stanley Cup championship.
